Terms and conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Grigore Ardelean PFA, which runs the Aqua Iza swimming school in Săliștea de Sus. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Lessons, timetable and prices
The content of this site is provided for information. The timetable, groups and prices may change without notice; what the coach confirms at enrolment prevails over what is published online. The public-swimming hours and entry prices of the pool are set by the Centrul Recreativ, not by the swimming school.
Enrolment and packages
Enrolments are made by WhatsApp or phone and confirmed by the coach. Lesson packages have the validity period shown on the prices page; lessons not taken within it are forfeited, except absences announced at least 24 hours ahead, which are made up subject to availability. Payment is made at the pool, in cash or by bank transfer.
Safety and pool rules
Taking part in the lessons assumes the enrolled person is medically fit for physical activity in water. The parent tells us before the first lesson about any relevant condition of the child. The pool rules (shower before entering, swim cap, supervision of children outside the lesson) are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, images, the logo and design elements on this site belong to Aqua Iza or are licensed to Aqua Iza. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to external sites (for example, Google Maps, WhatsApp or social networks). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the Romanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them. For complaints, consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date above.
